Online Store Payment and Delivery Terms

General Information About the Online Store 

The products in the online store are sold by Jeezi Oy, business ID 3438357-2. We sell products through sales teams to online store customers. Product prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and delivery fees. 

Ordering 

Products are primarily ordered via the internet at http://www.jeezi.fi through the shopping cart. 

All orders are confirmed by email, including details such as order price, delivery costs, and ordered products. Receiving the order confirmation requires providing an email address when placing the order. 

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms of delivery in effect at the time.

Payment Methods 

Products are paid for at the time of ordering. No additional costs are incurred by the customer. The following payment methods are available in the online store: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Local Cooperative Banks, Savings Banks, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken, and credit cards. Payments are processed via Visma Pay. 

Payment Service Provider 

The payment processing service is provided by Visma Payments Oy (business ID 2486559-4) in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. Visma Payments Oy appears as the payee on bank statements or credit card invoices and forwards the payment to the merchant. Visma Payments Oy is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the product supplier first.

Payments via Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard 

The payment processing service is provided by Visma Payments Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. When paying with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, Visma Payments Oy appears as the payee on the card statement and forwards the payment to the merchant. Visma Payments Oy holds a payment institution license. 

Online Banking Payments 

Online banking payments are processed by Visma Payments Oy in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions. The service operates like traditional online banking payments. 

Advance Payment 

The sales fundraising team delivers the products after the sales campaign ends and the payment has been received. We do not offer cash on delivery. Payments should be made to the following account:

Orders are processed during business hours once the payment is completed. 

Delivery Time 

Products are delivered as a single shipment to the main address provided by the fundraising team’s primary contact. Any exceptions to delivery times will be announced on the http://www.jeezi.fi homepage. 

Delivery Method and Costs 

We do not charge a separate delivery fee to fundraising teams. Orders are shipped to a single address free of charge, and the fundraising team is responsible for distributing the products to individual customers. Orders are delivered on pallets or in packages to one location. 

Exchange and Return Policy 

Customers have a 14-day exchange and return right according to Finnish consumer protection law. Returns are only accepted for unused and resalable products in their original packaging. We deduct the paid commissions from the fundraising team for returned products. 

When returning a product, please include the following information:

Note! Returns must be made via Posti (customer return ID). 

 We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the refund is processed directly to the customer’s account after receiving and handling the return. 

Issues with Delivery and Defective Products 

If a product is lost during delivery, damaged, or if the wrong product is delivered, the customer must report the issue immediately by emailing asiakaspalvelu@jeezi.fi, calling 050 5507183, or sending a letter to:

A report of an incorrect or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package is damaged during delivery, a claim should be filed with Posti immediately. 

Other Terms 

We reserve the right to modify our delivery terms. Customers must review the currently valid terms before placing an order. 

Jeezi Oy handles all customer information confidentially and commits to not disclosing customer data to third parties.
